All passengers with passports issued by Pakistan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Uganda are eligible to enter Dubai if they have not entered these countries in the last 14 days.
Travelers are required to take approval from GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) and also a COVID-19 PCR test with QR code on it with the validity of 48 hours and not prior.
After that passengers are needed to do a rapid PCR test at the airport not prior to 6 hours snd then again at the arrival at Dubai International Airport.
