In Dubai, they were recognized for their act of kindness by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE. They were then each rewarded handsomely for their quick action that saved the life of a pregnant cat.
The four Dubai residents have each received $50,000 – Indian expat Nasser Mohammad, a driver at Roads and Transport Authority; Pakistani Atif Mehmood; Indian Rashid Mohammed; and Moroccan Ashraf Bleinza.
