Jumeirah Public Beach is known as Jumeirah Beach Residence. It is 1.7 Kilometers long and 2sq kilometers gross floor area and water façade society located opposite the Persian Gulf in Marina Dubai, UAE.
There are almost 40 towers and among these towers 35 are residential and rest of 5 are Hotels. Jumeirah Beach residence can accommodate more than 15,000 people of its apartments and staying in hotels rooms. It has 6,917 apartments, from them 900sq feet studios and 5,500sq feet penthouses.
JBR has total six block which are residential areas of it such as; Shams, Rimal, Sadaf, Amwaj, Bahar and Marjan.
Developers of JBR:
A subsidiary of Dubai Holding, Dubai properties are the developers who launched Jumeirah Beach Residence in August 2002. This project’s making cost was 6 billion dirhams and it was fully completed in 2010.
The Walk JBR:
The Walk at JBR is a 1.7 km strip at the ground and the level of plaza of this complex. Dubai properties who developed JBR are the same developers for The Walk at JBR too. It was completed till 2007 but they officially opened it for the people in August 2008. JBR is very near to Dubai Marina you can just go by walk there from Dubai Marina, Dubai Tram and Metro Dubai too.
A man-made Island: (Blue waters Island)

How to go there:
You can go to Jumeirah beach on any public transport or your private car but if you want to travel by train so you take Metro and drop at stop number 23 Marina Dubai or stop 24 at Jumeirah lake towers. You can use Tram or Taxi as well.
