The UAE will add 12,000 seats to its charter schools under nine new Schools

The Abu Dhabi authorities have announced the opening of nine new charter schools with 12,000 additional spots for students.

Abu Dhabi’s Media Office announced the expansion following an endorsement by Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Office and member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

He reviewed progress updates on nine new charter schools opening in Abu Dhabi in September 2022-23 during the meeting with senior ADEK officials.

A total of 46,500 places will be available at 31 charter schools.
